Shipping was being problematic - I hate complicated stuff to try and calculate out. So, here's what I've done about the shipping. I am using the good old U.S Post Office Priority Flat Rate Boxes.
This actually is the best deal out there, & it absolutely
gets there the quickest, and it keeps it equal for everybody.
6 pounds of treats/cookies fit snugly in a regular Flat Rate box $10.50
9 pounds fit in the large Flat Rate box $14.50
for the 'sampler pack' I use the small, flat rate box, which is about the size of a vhs tape. sigh. I will put as many cookies as will fit, usually a little over a pound. It's still cheaper sending them this way than by using even old 'parcel post' and it will get there much quicker. I am waiting for the day the post office comes out with a flat rate box size that is in between the small and the medium. until then, it is what it is.
and I'm sorry about having to increase the shipping rates, but the post office just went up on Jan. 4th, 2010.
sigh again.
If you have any questions, at all, about anything, please feel free to email me. For example, many people have horses who have favorite flavors. That's fine. I don't mind making a whole order of just 2 flavors. My horses actually despise mint. They almost get mad at me when I try to feed them those round peppermint candys. However, I know a LOT of hunters who ADORE mint, which is why I added that flavor.
Paypal-ing me is easy. If you've never done it before, all you have to do is go to the paypal site, set up an account if you don't already have one. If you do, just go to paypal, sign in, and then hit the 'send money' button. it will then take you to a page where you will put in my email address. that's it. it's real easy.
If you want to send me a check, that's ok too. I know not everyone is enthralled with paypal. we've had very good luck with it, and now utilize it for our boaders here at Idylwood. But to each his own.
